Friend's Best Friend

It has been over and over seen with Amy that once someone introduces her to a friend, the next time the three of them meet - the whole equation is changed. She am closer to the friend's friend. Not Just close they are Super Pals. This has been happening time and again. Best example is the following chain in the same order - Nandish - Pradeep - Raghu - Shujath - Sanjai - Suppi. Before we go to why this is so? She just cant stand the fact if it happened to her. Nandish can vouch for it.

I can see the gleam in her eyes when she gets to meet new people. It is sort of like drug that gets her on a high. One reason could be new people fresh realtion or it could be new people new personalities new outlook. But i have seen it on a decline in the recent years. Well, the huge friends list comes with social obligation and huge up keep and maitainence of the social network.

One more thing I see about her is - she is not that good with regrouping of these chains. She gets along with the people to feed on their personality traits and her pyschoanalysis on these people. Well it requires her to be neutral so that she doesnt influence people in anyways to change their behaviour. It is a known fact that everyone behaves in a way that is apposite to the other person. So when they regroup back, she is a toss because she is perceived as different by different people.

Amy keeps asking me - "Does this mean I am acting to people?" I am not sure, may be you just want to be accepted by everyone. I would let the floor open for you folks to give the judgement on her.....
